A perfect blend of spices to lift your senses. Ginger brings in astringency with nutmeg lingering on your tongue. Mint-like and fruity notes of cardamom is evident in every sip and cinnamon adds to the sweetness. Clove and black pepper touches your throat towards the end and leaves you asking for more.

 

Brewing tips

- Bring a mixture of 180 ml of water (60%) and milk (40%) to boil

- Add 2.5 gms (1 tsp) of Masala Chai leaves

- Boil for 5-6 minutes

- Add sugar/jaggery as per taste and serve hot
